Summary Role:
The Business Excellence Analyst provides support and assistance in ensuring that all management systems certification requirements are maintained. The Business Excellence Analyst ensures timely closure of findings from internal and external audits and makes sure that each department has its process noted and that all process elements are completed.
Responsibilities:
Support in developing & continuously update processes, procedures, work instructions and flow charts for all functions within the assigned areas in accordance with international standards requirements.
Define performance measures for processes/procedures in the assigned areas to monitor and analyses its implementation.
Assist & Conduct Internal Audit reviews of assigned areas (HR, Sales, Customer Care, Technical etc.) to ensure compliance with standards requirements & identifies gaps & areas for improvement & agree with auditees on corrective actions and target dates.
Follow up to ensure that all findings from internal and external audits and Management Review meetings are monitored and tracked for timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Analyze existing processes to define gaps, analyze root causes, propose improvements, and eliminate unnecessary steps to increase efficiency & effectiveness for customer satisfaction.
Ensure availability & accessibility of all updated documents on the intranet for areas of responsibility by monitoring effective implementation of documents & record control process to ensure effective functioning of the management systems.
Benchmark customer interface processes with best practice in telecom to recommend for improvements.
Promote and improve awareness on Quality concepts & tools & ISO processes and procedures and environmental Programs in the assigned areas
Follow-up on all the Environmental management programs set by the owners, which to be aligned with Zain environmental policy and procedures. Monitor, measure and analyze data for reporting the results and achievements against target.
Follow-up on the Group BE initiatives and coordinate with all Zain Opcos for implementation.
To perform all the above-mentioned roles and responsibilities in compliance to the Zain Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies, and to report any information/physical security breaches or incidents to Concerned Depts. immediately.
